I am informed that gargling with salt water after dinner is beneficial as it cleans mouth ,takes out food particles & prevents tooth decay..

It is a better idea to gargle with Mouthwash after a meal to remove any plaque that may have settled on your teeth. Gargling with salt water is usually what you are supposed to do when you have a sore throat.

I had a severe ear infection a couple of years ago that was resistant to antibiotics until I personally removed the infection by flushing my ear out and removing the pus, then went to family physician for antibiotics.

Anytime the winds kick up I feel discomfort in this one ear, even causing jaw to hurt. I recently chipped a molar and am avoiding dentist because of the cost of having molar surgically removed. Well, My ear and molar are bothering me, or at least I think it's my molar…

so my question is, Can a festering ear problem cause tooth/jaw problems? And out of curiosity… what happens when an ear infection goes untreated as I believe that the few months I suffered with this ear infection might have spread before antibiotics worked?

Just because you chipped a molar doesn't mean it has to be removed. The dentist can probably put in a filling. He also can explain to you how ear and sinus pain can affect your mouth. If you know that the wind will hurt your ear, carry a scarf or headband in your pocket.

A clip I found on their site that tells about how people are getting themselves massive tooth decay. This is ridiculous because the reporter is trying to blame the CORPORATION (dun dun dun…) for the dental problems instead of the people’s own ignorance and stupidity. These people need to take responsibility for their own actions and realize that their own self-destructive actions are to blame for their problems. It’s not because ‘the evil establishment’ forcing them to cause damage to their body, it’s the fact that they’re all extremely stupid about such things.
